Color Concept 24 color Professional eyeshadow compact swatches


The name of the palette on the back is the Color Concept 24 Color Professional eyeshadow compact. 
It says its cruelty free. 
Total Net Wt. is 41g/1.43 oz
Ingredients are: Talc, Mica, Bis-diglyceryl, Polyacyladipate, ethylhexyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Propylparaben, Methylparaben, 

May Contain: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Manganese Violet, Ultramarines, FD&C blue, 1 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Yellow 5 Aluminum Lake.

Bottom of Palette says Distributed by Beauty 21 Cosmetics, Inc.
I googled Beauty 21 and the info below is what  I found:

I bought this palette at Rite Aid for $2.99 and I do like it.
The shadows are soft and there is very little fallout. Compared to the formula of
Elf shadows, i'd have to say that the Color Concept shadow formula is so much better.
Love the colors and the value!




My swatches are just as is in pan, no primer.
